Sales Advisor

What you'll be doing

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our premium watch collection to customers
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, pricing, and industry trends
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the store

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a memorable customer experience
• Strong product knowledge and the passion to share it with customers
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in the local language and English
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
