FAT Officer

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
• Work ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years of experience in Tax, Accounting, or Finance, with exposure to tax reporting and Coretax system. Experience in FMCG/manufacturing is a plus.

Tax Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of Indonesian Taxation (VAT/PPN, Income Tax PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), Corporate Tax).
• Experienced in creating tax slips (VAT & Withholding Tax) manually in Coretax system.
• Experienced in PPN Reconciliation and Tax Payment.
• Experienced in preparing PPh 21 A1 Certificates for employees.
• Familiar with Corporate Tax Report preparation and LKPM reporting.
• Accounting Knowledge & Skills
• Understanding of full accounting cycle (journals, ledgers, financial statements).
• Experienced in depreciation, amortization, accrual, and VAT net-off.
• Skilled in preparing Balance Sheet (BS), Income Statement (IS), and Package Reports to corporate finance.
• Experienced in journal checking and account reconciliation.
• Familiar with Fixed Asset management.

Reporting Skills

• Able to prepare Weekly Finance Reports (Clearance & Logistic Cost).
• Able to prepare Gross Profit Breakdown report.
• Able to prepare Management Reports by collecting data from other departments (Logistic, HR, Marketing).
• Able to prepare Revenue of Product report to consolidation accountant HQ.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, data processing).
• Familiar with Coretax system (tax reporting).
• Familiar with accounting software (SAP, or ERP systems).

Soft Competencies

• Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and document checking.
• Strong analytical skills for journal checks and reconciliation.
• Able to work under deadlines and multiple reporting schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).
• Good communication skills to coordinate with other departments.
• High integrity and responsibility in handling financial and tax data.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Language Active English (verbal & written) is a plus.
