Production Leader

Requirements:

1. Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related Field.
2. Minimum 1 Year of experience in production/manufacturing, with experience as a Production Leader / Foreman as an advantage.
3. Strong understanding of production processes and daily output targets.
4. Able to lead, supervise, and coordinate production team members.
5. Able to read and understand work instructions and quality standards.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
7. Detail-oriented, disciplined, firm, and responsible.
8. Able to prepare and maintain daily production reports.
