🚨 We’re Hiring! | Tax Intern - MOVA

Interested in starting your career in Tax & Finance and getting hands-on experience in a fast-paced company? MOVA is looking for a Tax Intern to join our team!

🔎 What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate and complete tax supporting data and documents
• Collect, organize, and maintain tax-related documents
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly tax files before internal deadlines
• Verify tax invoices and e-invoices against supporting documents and regulations
• Assist with reconciliation between accounting records, bank transactions, and tax reports when needed
• Monitor tax payment and filing deadlines to help avoid penalties
• Organize and store tax files properly for audit purposes
• Learn and summarize updated tax regulations relevant to company operations
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, HR, and Operations teams regarding tax data requests
• Submit weekly internship & finance work reports
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial and tax information

📌 What We’re Looking For:

• Final-year student (no class) or fresh graduate in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Willing to learn about tax regulations and company tax processes
• Able to work with deadlines and maintain professional discipline
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Familiarity with tax invoices, e-invoices, or Coretax is a plus
