Quality Assurance Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop, review, and update quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Ensure proper document control and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Monitor QMS performance and quality-related KPIs.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and Management Reviews.
• Coordinate external audits with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Handle investigations related to quality issues, customer complaints, and product non-conformities.
• Manage and follow up CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
• Conduct and support quality risk assessments.
• Monitor audit findings, customer complaints, CAPA status, and supplier performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and compliance.
• Coordinate quality-related activities with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in QMS implementation and maintenance.

Good knowledge of:

• ISO 9001
• ISO 14001
• Halal Assurance System
• GMP
• Experience in internal/external audits, CAPA, risk assessment, customer complaints, and non-conformity management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
