Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, shift assignments, and service readiness.
• Oversee service quality, order flow, cleanliness, and guest complaint resolution.
• Coach front of house staff through briefings, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor sales reports, inventory usage, and operational needs; propose improvements.

Kualifikasi

• Over 30 years old.
• Experience leading restaurant operations and making decisions during a shift.
• Minimum base pay must be confirmed before the vacancy is published.
