Senior MEP Engineer – Construction & Fit Out

PT Star Skykom Indonesia is a company specialized in interior design, construction and building renovation. Located in Neo Soho, West Jakarta.

Looking for Senior MEP Engineer

Qualifications & Experiences

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP construction, renovation, or fit-out projects.
3. Experience as an MEP Engineer or Senior MEP Engineer.
4. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection.
5. Experienced in reading and reviewing MEP drawings, BOQ, and technical documents.
6. Able to supervise and coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
7. Good understanding of MEP installation, testing, and commissioning.
8. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
9. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
10. Able to work independently and manage multiple project priorities.
11. Able to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
12. Good English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise MEP works for construction, renovation, and fit-out projects.
2. Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Architecture, Interior, and other project teams.
3. Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical documents.
4. Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure MEP works are completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
5. Monitor MEP work progress, quality, and project schedule.
6. Conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation of MEP systems.
7. Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP works on site.
8. Coordinate material requirements, material submittals, and technical approvals.
9. Coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
10. Prepare progress reports and provide technical updates to the Project Manager.
11. Ensure MEP works comply with project standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
12. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers when required.
