Factory Finance Manager - Supply Chain Finance Manufacturing

Overview: We are looking for experienced Suply Chain Finance Manager whom strong in Finance Business Partnering; managing team & partnering both onsite-plant and remotely with other divission in driving financial control, cost leadership, and performance management across manufacturing operations (Factory Leadership, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics teams) to ensure robust cost governance, transparent reporting, and fact-based decision-making.

Requirements (almost mandatory):

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager for Finance Supply Chain for manufacturing industry / Factory Finance Manager. Mandatory experience working onsite in factory/plant environments. Having on hand experience in new factory setup/commissioning/expansion projects is a strong added advantage
3. Strong understanding of Manufacturing processes, Standard costing and variance analysis, Inventory and production controls
4. Mandatory experience with SAP (particularly FI, CO, MM, PP); with strong Excel and reporting skills
5. Exposure to procurement finance and logistics finance is a strong advantage
6. Willing to travel to all plant site in regular basis, inculding readiness to focus on new plant till settled.
7. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management
8. Hands-on, detail-oriented, yet commercially minded
9. Ability to challenge operations constructively using data
10. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environments

Job scope/responsibility:

1. Manage manufacturing P&L and COGS, including standard costing, BOM/routing, cost variances, yield, labor efficiency, overheads, and continuous cost reduction.
2. Finance business partnering to Plant/Factory Managers by monitoring operational KPIs and supporting make-or-buy, outsourcing, capacity optimization, and production scenario decisions)
3. Strengthen controls over RM, WIP, FG, scrap, rework, obsolescence, and returns, including inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, physical verification, audits, IFRS/local GAAP compliance, and data accuracy.
4. Partnering with Procurement on material costs, vendor negotiations, savings validation, should-cost, and value engineering, while managing freight, warehousing, distribution, returns, and overall supply-chain cost visibility.
5. Evaluate and support Capex, automation, productivity, and capacity expansion investments using NPV, IRR, and payback analysis, followed by post-investment benefit reviews.
6. Deliver monthly factory performance reviews, KPI dashboards, and actionable management insights, translating complex data into clear, fact-based decisions for leadership.
