Field Support Coordinator ( Surabaya )

• Consistently educates and monitors , especially low-productivity , to improve trips per online hour until they meet the expected standard.
• Coaches on effective working patterns (online hours, area selection, use of incentives and app features) so they can maximize trips and daily income
• Provide Kopdar with community every week and support activity enggagment, coordination with GTI team support other activity in out community.
• Make sure communication relate program is smooth and no demo
