HR Recruitment

Job Desc :

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment
• Performing new employee onboarding and company culture induction
• Proficient in using assessment tools
• Conducting candidate interviews (via phone, video, and in-person)
• Support for HRGA and office administration

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree, from Psychology or any related field
• Minimal 1-2 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Experience in executing various position and level (must have recruit for IT positions)
• Able to deal with many stakeholders and users (especially C level)
• Handle tasks related to employer branding will be additional value
• Handle in HR administration
• Effective communication skills
