Partnership Manager

Location: Bali, Indonesia Work Arrangement: On-site / Bali-based Industry: Pet Products & Services Salary: Competitive salary + performance bonus

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and people-oriented Partnership Manager to join our growing team in Bali.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and businesses within the pet industry. You’ll have the opportunity to meet new people, develop partnerships, and contribute directly to the growth of our business.

We operate across a wide range of pet products and services, including pet food, accessories, grooming, pet taxi, pet hotel, and pet clinic services. 🐶🐱

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners

Identify and develop new partnership and business opportunities

Reach out to potential partners and introduce our products and services

Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with partners

Maintain regular communication and ensure strong partner relationships

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute partnership initiatives

Monitor partnership activities and help achieve business targets

Represent the company professionally when meeting external partners and customers

Requirements

Currently based in Bali

Preferably 20–25 years old

Energetic, confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Strong relationship-building and networking skills

Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn

Able to work independently as well as within a team

Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or partnerships is a plus ⭐

Passion or interest in the pet industry is a bonus 🐾
