Test Coordinator (Banking Industry - ASAP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
• Act as the main point of contact for users and stakeholders during the testing phase (Handle User).
• Analyze test requirements, develop test plans, and ensure all test scenarios are covered.
• Monitor progress for both Manual and Automation testing teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate defect triaging and ensure high-priority bugs are resolved by the development team.
• Oversee testing on specialized systems, including AS400, ensuring data integrity and system stability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically as a Test Coordinator or Test Lead (Candidates with only "Tester" experience will not be considered).
• Strong background in the Banking industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Manual and Automation Testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AS400 systems is a must.
• Extensive experience in managing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and handling user interactions.
• Proven ability to lead a testing team or manage large-scale testing projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between technical teams and business users.
