Senior System Analyst for Banking - ASAP

On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a qualified System Analyst to join a leading organization in the Banking Industry. This position requires strong analytical capability, hands-on banking/financial system experience, and readiness to work WFO – South Jakarta with ASAP availability preferred.

System Analyst – Banking Industry (WFO South Jakarta) Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, translate them into clear functional and technical specifications, and ensure alignment with banking system rules and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product owners, and business users to support end-to-end system development and enhancement.
• Perform system analysis for core banking, financial, or payment-related applications, including process mapping and gap analysis.
• Conduct functional testing, validate integrations, and support UAT to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of system features.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including BRD, FSD, data mapping, and change request impact assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience as a System Analyst, preferably in banking, financial services, or payment systems.
• Strong understanding of system integration, API flows, data mapping, SQL queries, and SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience handling banking modules (e.g., lending, liability, payments, digital banking) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
