Network Infrastructure (Junior and Middle level ASAP)

Jobdesc: Maintains secure, resilient, and low-latency network connectivity by managing network operations, incidents, and performance optimization. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a secure and highly available network environment
• Operate and troubleshoot L2/L3 devices, load balancers, and DCI connectivity
• Manage firewall rules and VPN connectivity
• Configure and manage traffic distribution via load balancers (F5 LTM/GTM)
• Monitor network performance and perform packet analysis for issue resolution

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years experience in Network Administration / Network Operations
• Experience supporting enterprise production network environments

Strong understanding of:

• L2/L3 networking (VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP – conceptual to practical level)
• Firewall configuration and security policies
• VPN and remote connectivity solutions

Hands-on experience with:

• Switches and routers troubleshooting
• Load balancer configuration (F5 LTM/GTM or equivalent)
• Firewall rule management and NAT policy
• DCI and inter-site connectivity troubleshooting
• Packet capture and traffic analysis (e.g., Wireshark)
• Network performance monitoring tools

Familiar with:

• Network security best practices
• ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• High availability and redundancy design concept

Working Hours: 8x5 & as per needed

• On-Call Support: Standby support for Major Incidents (P1 & P2) outside business hours
• Escalation Role: Acts as L2 escalation point from Service Desk (L1)
