[Unpaid - Remote] Social Media Intern

Qualification:

• Final year student or Fresh graduate from any major
• Interested in social media, content creation, and employer branding
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
• Good communication skills, creative, organized, and detail oriented
• Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible
• Able to work independently and collaborate with the HR team
• Available for a 6 month remote internship (WFH)

What you'll do:

• Create and manage social media content for HR and employer branding
• Support content planning, posting, and scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create content around employee stories, company culture, workplace, career opportunities, and behind the scenes activities
• Assist with simple photo/video production and editing using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Monitor social media engagement and prepare simple performance reports
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment-related content Coordinate with HR and internal teams to gather content and employee stories
