System Analyst Specialist

About the role

This is a System Analyst role responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable documentation, and acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and developer teams. You will design end-to-end system solutions, manage requirement changes, develop test scenarios, and ensure delivered solutions solve business problems.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and deeply analyze business requirements, including understanding business goals and identifying user pain points.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories).
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and developer teams.
• Design end-to-end system solutions, covering process/system flows, business logic, data structures, database query, API integrations, and system blueprints.
• Manage requirement changes while maintaining clear scope and priorities.
• Develop test scenarios and support SIT and UAT processes.
• Ensure delivered solutions truly solve business problems, not just meet documented requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues in operational-critical environments.
• Perform database analysis and write queries (e.g., SQL) to validate data, support investigations, and ensure system accuracy.
• Propose improvements to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with both business users and technical teams.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (Agile and/or Waterfall).
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
