Interior Designer
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design, renovation, or fit-out projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray
- Strong creativity, design sense, and attention to detail
- Able to create technical drawings, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
- Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Passionate about interior design trends, materials, and space styling
- Positive attitude, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Portfolio showcasing previous design works is required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements and project needs
- Prepare technical drawings, space planning layouts, and high-quality 3D renderings
- Coordinate and communicate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout project execution
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and on-site coordination when required
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements for projects
- Revise and improve designs according to feedback, site conditions, and project requirements
- Ensure designs are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Assist in project presentations and design proposals when needed
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas into projects
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required by project schedules or site activities
