SITE FOREMAN (MANDOR)

Qualifications:

• Male.
• 25–45 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1); preferably in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or related fields. Master’s Degree (S2) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or a related field.

Experienced in leading construction teams and conducting site measurements.

• Able to use waterpass and measuring tape for basic site measurements.
• Able to read and understand basic construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, discipline, and assertiveness in managing workers.
• Able to firmly supervise worker performance, attendance, work discipline, and the proper use of tools/equipment.
• Resilient, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to stay/live at the project site.
• Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java, and work on a full-time basis.
