Injection Molding Supervisor

Leads plastic injection molding with strong process control, optimizing cycle time, mold performance, and quality in mass-production settings.

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
3. Strong understanding of injection machines, molds, and parameter setting.
4. Leadership experience in production line management.
5. Willing to work in shifts and handle production targets.
6. Ready to be placed in Kendal, Central Java
