Operations Manager – Workshop (Aluminium Façade)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminium façade fabrication, manufacturing, or façade contracting, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium façade systems and fabrication processes.
• Experience in workshop operations, production planning, warehouse & inventory management, and project coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead with integrity and emotional intelligence, fostering trust, collaboration, accountability, and a positive working environment.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• English proficiency is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee workshop, fabrication, and warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time project delivery.
• Plan and control production schedules, manpower, machinery, materials, and inventory to maximize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, QC, Project Management, Logistics, and Site teams to support project execution.
• Ensure all fabricated products comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor production performance, inventory accuracy, equipment utilization, and operational KPIs, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Develop, coach, and manage workshop and warehouse teams while promoting a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to improve productivity, capacity, quality, and cost efficiency.
