IT Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure, including computers, networks, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide IT support to users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support ERP, inventory, manufacturing, and other business applications.
• Perform data backup, system maintenance, and basic cybersecurity activities.
• Manage IT assets, user accounts, software installation, and system configurations.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Ensure IT systems operate effectively, securely, and according to company policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional IT experience, preferably with experience managing IT infrastructure and teams.
• Strong experience in server, network, operating system, and infrastructure management.
• Experience in system administration, backup & recovery, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Experience managing ERP, manufacturing, inventory, or other business applications.
• Strong ability in troubleshooting, and incident management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, network monitoring, IT governance, and sustainable/green IT practices is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT risks.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English.
