Freelance Immigration & Legal Consultant

About Us We run a small but growing business group in Indonesia (PT PMA) with international operations spanning the US, Indonesia, and China. We are looking for an independent consultant to support us on an as-needed basis with immigration, visa, and corporate legal matters.

What We're Looking For An experienced, well-connected freelance consultant who can personally assist with: KITAS / ITAS applications and renewals (including E28A investor KITAS) Company incorporation and compliance support (PT PMA setup, amendments, OSS/BKPM matters) Bank account setup guidance for foreign-owned companies General coordination with Immigration Office (Kantor Imigrasi) and Notaris when needed Ad hoc administrative/legal tasks related to living and doing business in Indonesia as a foreigner

Ideal Candidate Prior experience working with an immigration agency, law firm, or notary office (or currently freelancing in this space) Established relationships with relevant government offices and notaries Comfortable working directly with foreign business owners, not through a large agency structure Transparent, honest, and responsive communicator

How This Works This is NOT a full-time job or employment contract You will be paid per mission/task, agreed upon before each engagement We're looking for a long-term working relationship built on trust, not a one-off transaction Flexible collaboration — no fixed hours, no office requirement
