About the role
We are seeking an Export Import Staff to join PT NX LEMO INDONESIA LOGISTIK in Jakarta on a full-time basis. This position is integral to our export operations, providing essential support in managing customs documentation, shipment coordination, and regulatory compliance. As Export Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient cross-border trade processes while maintaining adherence to international trade regulations and company standards. This role is critical to the success of our logistics operations and directly impacts our ability to serve our clients effectively.
Requirements:
- Male Or Fermale,
- Bachelor's Degree (Logistics & Transportation Management)
- Disciplined and compliant with regulations
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good attitude and communication skills; fluent in English
- Possess knowledge of cargo export and import, as well as the handling of dangerous goods
- Domicile: Tangerang, Jakarta, Depok, Bekasi dan bogor
Job desc:
- Prepare and review documents required for customer export shipments.
- Manage data related to customer export shipment processes through to final delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with the sales dept and operations Exim dept
- Coordinate with customers or relevant agents via telephone regarding shipments.
- Coordinate effectively with the export consolidation department to ensure available shipping space with airlines.
- Maintain good relationships with customers
