Chief Tenant Relation & Concierge

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations, leasing, and property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle complex tenant issues effectively
• Proficient in relevant software and technology used in property management and tenant relations
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
