SAP ABAP Developer

- Conduct development and enhancements using ABAP according to HC business needs
- Manage and develop ABAP objects such as Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF)
- Understand and support end-to-end Human Capital processes (Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll)
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Support testing (unit testing, SIT, UAT) and deployment
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer
- Strong experience in SAP HC/HCM modules
- End-to-end understanding of HC and payroll processes
- Familiarity with SAP integration and external systems (interface/API)
- Proficient in ABAP programming (Report, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exit, Smartform/Adobe Form)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicative and able to work in a team
