Accounting Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all Finance, Accounting, and Administration transactions for more than one company within the group.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Perform bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and monthly & annual closing processes.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform consolidation and monitoring of AR & AP requirements for the assigned company entities.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the accuracy of transaction records.

Job Requirements

• Minimum D4/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Experience handling bookkeeping for more than one entity/company within a group is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting cycles in manufacturing companies, including inventory management, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS/HPP), and fixed assets.
• Experience using accounting software/ERP, such as Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
