Admin Ecommerce

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce admin, CS, or e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and/or Lazada.
• Experience using 3rd-party platforms for stock & fulfillment (e.g. Jubelio, Desty, Ginee).
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Familiar with order fulfillment and return/refund coordination.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

Job Description:

• Handle daily customer inquiries via chat and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada)
• Respond to and manage customer reviews and feedback.
• Monitor and check return and refund cases, coordinating with the warehouse team for verification and follow-up.
• Process and fulfill daily orders across e-commerce marketplaces.
• Operate the ERP system for order fulfillment and stock synchronization.
• Coordinate with warehouse and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth order processing and accurate inventory.
• Prepare regular reports on orders, returns, refunds, and customer feedback.
