Junior Staff Akuntansi

Qualifications:

• Minimum S1 in Accounting/Tax with GPA ≥ 3,00
• At least 1–2 years of work experience in accounting or accounting consultancy
• Strong understanding of the accounting cycle
• Familiar with PSAK applicable in Indonesia
• Knowledgeable about taxation regulations in Indonesia
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and handling large data sets)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under deadlines (multi-client management)
• Able to work independently or in a team and have good communication skills with various parties
• Able to manage financial reports and record business transactions
• Willing to work overtime, including on weekdays or holidays, when required
• Willing to be assigned to a contractor company in Cikarang

Job Desk:

• Evaluate internal controls and identify risks or discrepancies in the financial statements
• Prepare working papers and analysis documentation systematically
• Coordinate with the client team for data needs and resolving findings
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the client's accounting processes
