Live Host

Responsibilities:

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee in an engaging and professional manner.
• Present and demonstrate products clearly to drive audience interest and sales.
• Actively engage with viewers through live interactions, responding to questions and providing product recommendations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Encourage audience participation and conversion through persuasive communication techniques.
• Follow campaign guidelines, scripts, and promotional strategies during live sessions.
• Collaborate with the operations and content team to optimize livestream performance.
• Provide feedback and insights on audience behavior and product performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School/Vocational School or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 months - 6 months of experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Confident, expressive, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Passionate about beauty with good product knowledge.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to engage audiences effectively.
• Experience as an MC, announcer, or content creator is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site (WFO) with a shifting schedule.
