Fulfillment Specialist

To support our daily operations and ensure smooth warehouse and order fulfillment processes, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing inventory, packing customer orders accurately, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and well-structured warehouse environment
- Monitor stock levels and support weekly inventory checks, reconciliation, and reporting
- Ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or low inventory levels
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse workflows and processes
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high level of accuracy
- Label and package items securely to ensure safe delivery
- Conduct quality checks before orders are dispatched
- Keep the packing and fulfillment area tidy and organized
- Handle return orders and help optimize the return process to reduce refunds
- Support local parcel delivery when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or higher in any major
- Able to speak conversational English and understand written English
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong execution skills
- Possessing a motorbike and a valid driving license is a plus
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, order packing, or administrative support is a plus, but not mandatory
