Project Engineering

Karya Bahana Unigam currently seeking a Project Engineering professional to join our automotive manufacturing team. This role will be responsible for supporting engineering project execution, ensuring production readiness, and coordinating cross-functional activities to meet customer and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering project activities in accordance with established SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform routine inspection and validation of welding jigs to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards.
• Lead trial production processes and actively participate in technical review and analysis meetings to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to maintain product quality and support mass production preparation.
• Assist in preparing delivery events for new projects in alignment with customer schedules and project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain basic technical PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation and reports according to customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or project-based engineering environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of welding processes, production systems, and automotive quality standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
