Document Management SharePoint
Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, site collections, libraries, lists, pages, and related components.
Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for SharePoint users and business teams.
Manage user access, permissions, security groups, and SharePoint access requests in accordance with company policies.
Create, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, workflows, and collaboration spaces based on business requirements.
Maintain proper document management structures, metadata, version control, retention, and content organization.
Monitor SharePoint performance, availability, storage capacity, and overall system health.
Support SharePoint integration with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power Automate.
Assist in developing and maintaining SharePoint workflows and automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and access-related issues within agreed SLA.
Perform regular housekeeping, content review, and access validation to ensure SharePoint environments remain organized and secure.
Assist with SharePoint migration, site restructuring, data transfer, and implementation of new SharePoint solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge-base articles.
Coordinate with IT infrastructure, application support, cybersecurity, and business teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
Monitor and report SharePoint-related incidents, service performance, capacity, and operational activities.
Ensure SharePoint administration and operations comply with company IT policies, security standards, governance, and audit requirements.
Provide user guidance and basic training on SharePoint features, document management, collaboration, and best practices.
Participate in SharePoint enhancement projects, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SharePoint administration, Microsoft 365 support, IT application support, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience in managing SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and user access.
Good understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
Understanding of document management, version control, metadata, access control, and SharePoint governance.
Basic knowledge of workflow automation and business process improvement using SharePoint and Power Automate.
Experience in troubleshooting SharePoint-related incidents, access issues, and user requests.
Good understanding of IT service management principles and SLA-based support.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical SharePoint solutions.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn new Microsoft 365 technologies and continuously improve SharePoint services.
Experience working in an enterprise or corporate IT environment is preferred.
Microsoft 365 or SharePoint-related certification is an advantage.
