Finance Accounting & Tax Head (Mandarin Speaker)

PT IZZOO Teknologi Modern is a tech-driven enterprise based in North Jakarta, specializing in wholesale trading, E-Commerce platform development, and AI Short Drama Video systems. We are rapidly expanding and seeking high-caliber professionals to join our team across strategic leadership, managerial, and operational roles.

Responsibilities

1. Department Responsibility (Group/Center): Manage cash flow, accounting, budgeting, tax, and financial analysis to maintain overall financial security.
2. Department Responsibility (Indonesia): Execute local accounting, cash operations, reporting, and full tax compliance across Indonesia operations.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the Indonesia finance team, including tax supervisors and cashiers.
4. Financial Reporting: Prepare, consolidate, and ensure timely submission of monthly and annual financial reports.
5. Cash & Budget Management: Oversee and secure corporate cash flow while executing and monitoring budget performance against work plans.
6. Tax Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
7. Group Coordination: Coordinate directly with the Group Finance Director regarding financial policies and strategies.
8. Cost Control: Monitor operational expenses and deliver strategic recommendations for financial efficiency.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Master’s Degree or professional certifications (CPA/CA) are a strong plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with 2–3+ years in a managerial/leadership role. Experienced in consolidated reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance in Indonesia.
3. Deep understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, e-Filing).
4. Proficient in ERP/accounting software (SAP, MYOB, Jurnal, etc.) and advanced MS Excel.
5. Strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, high integrity, excellent cross-departmental communication, and stress management under tight deadlines.
6. Flunet English proficiency and Mandarin Language (SHK 5) (for group coordination).
7. On-site (WFO) in Indonesia. Immediate joiners preferred
