Responsibilities: Identifying Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) & Affiliators: Discover and categorize influential individuals across various industries and communities. Building Relationships: Connect with KOLs/Affiliators, nurture these connections, and understand their interests to strengthen partnerships. Negotiation: Handle partnership agreements, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs/Affiliators to ensure mutual benefits. Partnership Development: Collaborate with KOLs/Affiliators to create content and campaigns that resonate with our brand identity. Tracking Performance: Monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Good communication skills in written and spoken English
Minimum 2-3 year of experience as a KOL & Affiliate
Great communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
TikTok savvy and able to measure TikTok performance
Up-to-date with current social media trends
Great interpersonal skills
Strong time management and attention to detail
Team player and enjoys interacting with people
