Consultant Infrasctructure

Requirements:

• Minimum education (SMK) or equivalent, preferably majoring in IT (Network/Software/Computer Engineering)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Minimum age 18 years old
• Basic knowledge of Linux server administration
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration
• Understanding of security baselining concepts in server administration
• Experience in patch management is a plus
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team
• Willing to be placed onsite at clients in the banking, leasing, and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform OS upgrades and patching on Windows and Linux servers in accordance with scheduled maintenance activities and established procedures.
• Conduct pre-checks and readiness assessments prior to patching, including capacity, service, dependency, backup/snapshot, and patch compatibility checks.
• Prepare work documentation and implementation reports, including success status, issues encountered, corrective actions taken, and recommendations for further follow-up.
