Desk Collection

Tanggung jawab:

1. Daily payment collection
2. Daily reporting Overdue customer
3. Maintain & Monitoring customer payment

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections.
3. Experience with debt collection processes, customer service, or administrative support is desirable.
4. Understanding of collection procedures, practices, and relevant regulations.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong Excel skills for data analysis and reportin
6. Willing to work full WFO
