Sales Hydraulic

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum education of High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in hydraulic systems, heavy equipment, machinery, or industrial equipment.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and hydraulic components such as hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, hoses, and fittings.
• Able to explain product functions and specifications clearly to customers.
• Experienced in canvassing, customer visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to acquire new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Target-oriented and results-driven.
• Willing to visit customers, workshops, and project/job sites as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
