We are opening opportunities for Baristas to join our partner in the Maldives!

Qualifications:

• Minimum Senior High School graduate (SMA or equivalent)
• Able to work in the Maldives
• Good English communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a café environment
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and beverage presentation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to communicate and interact with customers, team members, and other departments
• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure

Terms & Conditions:

• Tickets, visa, accommodation, meals, and health insurance provided
• Contract period: 1–2 years
• Work location: Maldives
• Salary + Service Charge/Bonus (Based on Occupancy or Performance)
