SUPERVISOR PRODUKSI (APOTEKER)

Job Descriptions:

1. Lead and oversee daily production operations across all lines to ensure consistent quality and output
2. Drive GMP-compliant production processes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory readiness
3. Supervise, coach, and develop operators and production staff to achieve performance targets
4. Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
5. Collaborate closely with related departments to support smooth and compliant manufacturing operations

Qualifications:

1. Licensed Pharmacist (Apoteker) — mandatory
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as Production Supervisor or in a related role within the Pharmaceutical or Beauty industry
3. Strong understanding of GMP, production planning, production processes, and quality standards
4. Proven ability to lead and supervise operators and production staff
5. Good communication and decision-making skills
6. Willing to be placed in Menganti, Gresik, East Java
