Cloud and Managed Services

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, planning, and implementing Linux and Windows operating systems.

Optimize the performance of Linux and Windows operating systems.

Optimize SQL queries, including indexing, statistics, and stored procedures.

Maintain an understanding of RDBMS concepts, including SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.

Provide support for 24/7 production operations.

Evaluate, test, and integrate the latest operating system versions, drivers, and patches.

Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, and recommended solutions.

Provide technical support and coordinate with developers, operations staff, release engineers, and users.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in Cloud and Managed Services

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, including system administration, performance tuning, and optimization.

Willing and able to support 24/7 production operations, including incident handling and system recovery.

Experience in capital market, financial services, or other mission-critical environments is an advantage.
