Marketing Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager (Must have beauty / retail background)

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the full marketing function for a growing modern pharmacy retail business with multiple outlets across Jabodetabek.

This is the highest Marketing position, reporting directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Creative, Design & Videography
• Manage CRM and customer/member activation
• Lead Digital Marketing, including Social Media & Google Reviews
• Plan and execute Events, Campaigns & Partnerships
• Manage Community Engagement and retail activation
• Build the overall Marketing Strategy, Framework, Playbook & Guidelines from scratch
• Work with suppliers and external partners
• Support business expansion, especially in Jakarta
• Balance digital/social media marketing with offline & retail marketing
• Lead and develop the marketing team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as marketing or brand manager with 2–3+ years of leadership and managerial experience
• Experience in Retail Marketing preferred
• Experience in the Beauty industry is highly preferred
• Experience with multi-brand retail is a plus
• Brand Manager background is welcome
• Strong strategic and execution skills
• Able to build a marketing function and framework from the ground up
• Experience across digital, offline marketing, campaigns and retail activation
