Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional cystomer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with styling advice and product recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandise displays.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and brand storytelling.
• Meet and exeed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) - additional languages are a plus!
• Prior experience in retail, fashion or luxury sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about fashion and styling.
• Strong sales skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
