OPEN RECRUITMENT: Organization Development Specialist

Job Description :

• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage performance review cycles.
• Verification of the conformity and accuracy of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) with standards or programs.
• Coordinate and manage the performance review cycles (quarterly, bi-annual, or annual reviews).
• Support organizational development through structure, role design, workload analysis, and organizational readiness.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields, with min. 1-2 years of relevant experience.
2. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
3. Good analytical skills with the ability to translate people data into actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Detail-oriented and diligent in completing tasks.
5. Placement : Head Office Kelapa Gading.
