HRBP Mandarin Speaker

PT Geely Auto Indonesia is looking for an HR Business Partner (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Partner closely with business leaders and department heads to understand organizational and workforce needs.
• Provide HR guidance and support on employee matters, performance issues, organizational development, and talent management.
• Support manpower planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
• Handle employee relations matters and ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Coordinate closely with regional and China-based stakeholders on HR-related matters.

-Support organizational structure development, HR initiatives, and cross-cultural collaboration within the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin for professional communication; English is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Manager.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or cross-cultural companies is preferred.
