Job Description :

• Conducting candidate searches through job portals, social media, references and databases
• Running recruitment processes
• Developing candidate search strategies
• Creating job postings according to the qualifications currently needed by the company
• Having high creativity and initiative in finding sources for candidate searches

Requirement :

• Freshgraduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Being an intern recruiter with experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the entire recruitment process is advantageous.
• Communicative, smart and self-starter
• Desire to learn new things
• Paid internship
• Willing to participate in a 6 month internship
• Willing to work at Cikupa - Tangerang
