PROJECT & STRATEGY MANAGER

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field, preferably in Agriculture, Agronomy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related position within the agrochemical industry (MANDATORY).
• Age between 30–40 years old.
• Strong understanding of pesticides, fertilizers, or crop protection products.
• Experienced in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and product strategy development.
• Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle, from planning and product launch to performance evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to determine product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Experienced in working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical/Agronomist teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team, if required.
• Target-oriented and results-driven.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for products portfolio.
2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
3. Manage product lifecycle (launch, growth, optimization, discontinuation).
4. Collaborate with Trials team to support product development and field trials.
5. Ensure regulatory compliance and support product registration processes.
6. Design go-to-market strategies, including pricing and positioning.
7. Train and support sales teams, distributors, and customers.
8. Monitor financial performance (sales, margins, market share) and drive growth.
