ABOUT US:

Established in 2024 in Malang, Indonesia, PT Dua Pendekar Ayam is the powerhouse behind Dikichi — a bold new brand on a mission to serve high-quality, affordable fried chicken to the masses. Our ambition? To become Indonesia's No. 1 fried chicken brand and take it to the world.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and eager-to-learn Accounting Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and growing F&B business.

This role is more than just administrative support. You’ll get hands-on exposure to daily accounting activities, particularly in Account Payable, Petty Cash, and Cash Advance Settlement. You’ll work closely with the Finance & Accounting team to ensure financial documents and transactions are recorded accurately and processed on time.

If you’re interested in building a strong foundation in accounting, enjoy working with numbers and documents, and want to understand how finance operations work in a growing business, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support Account Payable – Assist the Finance & Accounting team in checking invoices, supporting documents, and payment requests to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage Petty Cash Administration – Assist in monitoring petty cash transactions, checking supporting receipts, recording expenses, and maintaining accurate petty cash documentation.
  • Handle Cash Advance Settlement – Support the checking and settlement of employee cash advances by reviewing supporting documents, receipts, and remaining balances.
  • Verify Financial Documents – Check invoices, receipts, payment requests, and other supporting documents to ensure transactions are properly documented.
  • Maintain Accounting Records – Assist in organizing and maintaining accounting documents and transaction records for easy tracking and reporting.
  • Support Reconciliation – Assist in reconciling petty cash, cash advances, and other accounting records to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate balances.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams – Communicate with employees and relevant departments to follow up on incomplete documents, outstanding settlements, and other accounting requirements.
  • Support Daily Accounting Activities – Assist the Finance & Accounting team with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

  • Are currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Have a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Have an interest in Account Payable, expense management, petty cash, and financial administration.
  • Are comfortable working with numbers, documents, and detailed financial data.
  • Have basic Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Are highly detail-oriented, organized, and accurate when handling documents and transactions.
  • Have good communication and coordination skills and are comfortable following up with different teams.
  • Are proactive, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Previous internship, organizational, or academic project experience in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
  • Experience using Accurate, Mekari, SAP, or other accounting/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Are available to work according to the internship period and company requirements.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

Every accurate invoice, properly documented expense, and timely cash settlement contributes to a healthy and well-controlled finance operation. As an Accounting Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how accounting processes work in a real business environment while supporting the Finance & Accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records.

At Dikichi, you’ll gain practical exposure to Account Payable, Petty Cash, Cash Advance Settlement, document verification, and reconciliation — giving you a strong foundation to grow your career in Accounting and Finance.

We’re looking for someone who is ready to learn, willing to get hands-on, and excited to grow together with Dikichi.
