This job vacancy is for our sister company, DiCA Creative Agency.

Responsibilities :

• Fresh graduate or final year student in Visual Communication Design, Broadcasting, Multimedia, or related field.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, showing a high level of initiative.
• Proficient in adobe creative suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc) capcut. 3D motion and AI utilization is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Experience in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.

Requirements :

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, product, and branding purposes.
• Perform end-to-end video editing, including footage selection, trimming, sequencing, sound syncing, basic motion graphics, color correction, and ensuring consistent visual tones that align with brand aesthetics
• Optimize video formats for multiple platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, ads, etc.).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and deliverables.
• Stay updated on video editing trends, social media formats, and visual communication best practices.
• Maintain and organize all raw footage and edited files.
