Community & Partnership Officer

What You'll Do:

• Curate monthly event calendars & sync schedules across Reclub, AYO, & Google Calendar.
• Canvass local businesses, corporate offices, & schools to build our B2B partnership pipeline.
• Lead on-site execution for brand activations, corporate court rentals, & co-branded clinics.
• Handle B2B client communications for corporate packages, school programs, & group bookings.
• Collaborate with Marketing to draft campaign briefs & communicate partnerships to our audience.
• Capture participant database details & compile post-event reports (attendance, traffic, winners, etc).
• Serve as the primary on-site lead for corporate hosts, sponsors, & partners visiting the venue.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years experience in Events, BD, Marketing Activation, or Hospitality.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with proactive B2B outreach mindset and the ability to juggle multiple partners and cross-functional workstreams at once
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaborating across teams
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data and outcomes
• Proficient in Google Workspace, AYO, AVM, & Reclub (with the ability to learn new tech platforms fast).
• Fluency/proficiency in English is a strong plus!
• Knowledge or passion for Padel is a big plus!
