HSE Construction (Officer | Trainer | Coordinator | Manager)

We're hiring across all HSE levels: HSE Officer, HSE Coordinator/Supervisor, HSE Trainer, HSE Manager, and Heavy Equipment Inspector.

About the Role Join our HSE team supporting large-scale data center construction projects. We're looking for professionals at every experience level — from HSE Officers to HSE Managers who are committed to maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient job site.

Open Positions & Experience Level:

1. HSE Officer — 2–5+ years
2. HSE Coordinator/Supervisor — 5–10+ years
3. HSE Trainer — 3–5+ years
4. HSE Manager — 8–10+ years
5. Heavy Equipment Inspector — 5–10+ years

Job Description

• Monitor and enforce HSE standards and procedures across the construction site
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and training sessions relevant to the position level
• Investigate incidents and support corrective/preventive action plans

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the position applied for (see levels above)
• Data center construction experience is preferred
• HSE Trainer and HSE Coordinator applicants must hold a ToT (Training of Trainers) Certificate
• Proficient in English
• Willing to relocate to the project site
• Must bring own work device (laptop)
